adequate stay with a few issues
poor soundproofing street noise
the location was acceptable, giving easy access to the city center.
i encountered some problems. the room's soundproofing was poor (i stayed on the 18th floor). i could clearly hear street noise below, disruptive, (and i found it difficult to sleep).

adequate stay with some cleanliness concerns
stained sink cold dishes
the cleanliness in the room was not up to par. i found hairs on the bathroom floor and the sink was stained. breakfast had limited options and several dishes were cold, disappointing. i definitely expected more from a hotel in this category.

panoramic view room privacy shower panel shower issue
the panoramic view it was good and room privacy, it was acceptable.
the shower leaked a lot the first night, but i did notify the hotel. they told me the entire shower panel had to be changed and i had to go to another room. after i packed, i found a shower issue in the second room too.

Excellent Stay with Amazing Views
clean room comfortable bed convenient dispenser
The room was clean and well-kept. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the ample space. The views from the room were indeed very nice, particularly since it was on a high floor. I especially liked the convenience of the water dispenser on the floor, as it allowed me to refill my water bottle easily.
The lift system was sometimes slow and I had to wait a little bit.

The staff at reception were helpful and attentive to all requests I made. Their service was prompt and courteous, contributing to a positive experience. I felt welcomed and supported .
